If a cancellation request is made before work has started, it may be considered for approval
 
Once the project or service has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted
 
3. Refund Policy
 
Payments made for completed work, partially completed work, or ongoing services are non-refundable
 
No refunds will be issued for delays caused due to lack of information, approvals, or cooperation from the client
 
Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed within 7–10 working days
 
4. No Guarantee of Results
 
Digital marketing and online services depend on multiple external factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue results.
Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.
 
5. Payment Disputes
 
Any payment-related concerns must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. Issues raised after this period may not be considered.
